Property:

Colorless crystalline or white crystalline powder, odorless, easily soluble in water, its aqueous solution is acidic, almost insoluble in ethanol.

Usage:

1. Mainly used in food as buffer, improver, emulsifier, nutrient and baking powder raw materials.

2. Can be used as raw materials for the manufacture of sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium pyrophosphate;

3. Can be used for leather, treatment of boiler water;

4. Used as feed additives, detergents and dyeing auxiliaries;

5. It can also be used as stabilizer and binder for dairy products such as cheese, meat and fish products, buffer for baking powder, mixed salt for pickling, etc.
