Property:

White crystalline powder, soluble in water, aqueous solution is acidic, can corrode glass.

Usage:

1. Used as a preservative, flux, etching agent for carved glass and protective agent for animal specimens;

2. Used as food protection agent, preservation agent and preservative for animal specimens and anatomical specimens.

3. Used for etching glass, tin plate manufacturing, textile processing, rust removal, leather pest prevention and tinplate production. Mixed with potassium hydrogen fluoride, it can be used as a welding agent for metals.
4. Can be used to produce anhydrous hydrogen fluoride.
