Property:

White crystal. Contains two water molecules, soluble in water and hot ethanol, insoluble in ether.

Usage:

1. In the food industry, it can be applied to a variety of foods and seasonings, etc., which can greatly improve the quality of food and increase the variety of food colors.

2. Trehalose can be used as a stabilizer for reagents and diagnostic drugs in the pharmaceutical industry.
