Property:

The industrial product is a liquid with sour taste, soluble in water, ethanol, slightly soluble in ether.

Usage:

1. Lactic acid has a strong preservative and fresh-keeping effect, which can be used in the production of fruit wine, beverage, meat, food and pastry. It has the functions of adjusting pH value, antibacterial, extending shelf life, seasoning, maintaining food color and improving product quality.

2. When brewing beer, adding an appropriate amount of lactic acid can not only adjust pH value to promote saccharification, but also help yeast fermentation, improve beer quality, and increase beer flavor;

3. As an antibacterial synergist, it has a strong bactericidal effect and can prevent the growth of miscellaneous bacteria

4. Used to treat fibers in the textile industry, it can make fibers easy to color, increase luster, and make the touch soft;

5. Used as pH regulator and synthetic agent in paint and ink industry;

6. Lactic acid can be used as a moisturizer in various bath products.
