Property:

Light yellow to white flowable powder, slightly smelly. Soluble in cold and hot water, neutral solution, resistant to freezing and thawing, insoluble in ethanol. Disperses with water and emulsifies into a stable hydrophilic viscous colloid.

Usage:

1, food: as a stabilizer, emulsifier, suspension agent, thickener and processing aid. Widely used in salad dressings, breads, dairy products, frozen foods, beverages, condiments, brewing, candy, pastries, soups and canned foods.

2. Daily chemical industry: It is a good surface active substance, and has anti-oxidation, prevent skin aging and other effects.

3. Medical: its own strong hydrophilicity and water retention, can form a dense water film, so as to avoid skin infection.

4. In the petroleum industry, it can maintain the viscosity of drilling fluid and control its rheological properties, and because of its excellent salt resistance and heat resistance, it is widely used in drilling in special environments such as ocean and high salt zone, and can be used as oil recovery and displacement agent to reduce dead oil areas and improve oil recovery rate.
