Property:

Pure glycerin is a colorless, odorless, sweet viscous liquid. The boiling point is 290℃, the melting point is 17.9℃, and the relative density is 1.2613. Immiscible with water, anhydrous glycerol has strong water absorption.

Usage:

1. Water retaining agent (for bread and cake); Carrier solvent (used for fragrances, pigments, insoluble preservatives, etc.).
